Who Wants to Be in a Good Mood?

I do!  I am!

Even though I have PMS (so far this time, it’s just when I’m driving), I’m still in an AMAZING mood.

Here’s what I’m doing. Try it; it might work for you!

  • Set the scene:

    • Go put comfy clothes on.

    • Build a fire in the fireplace.

    • Light a scented candle. Mine is a Christmas present–Yankee Candle Lemon Lavender.

    • Music on. Loud.

      • The Beatles are always a good choice. I’m listening to Let It Be. Here’s one song for you–via Dropbox public folder, so it’s safe to open the link. “Two of Us”

  • What to do:

    • Dance around the room.

    • Sing along to the music.

    • Mess around with the fire.

    • Tidy up as you move around the room, dancing.

    • Sip a tasty beverage out of your favorite glass. I’m drinking coffee; even though it’s almost 10pm, I can fall sleep right after drinking it.

I did this for close to an hour. Now I’m tired. Nighty night, sleep tight, and don’t let the bed bugs bite!

I erred. The Queen song is called “You and I”.

“Two Of Us” is an amazing song. Queen did a similar song that I love, called “Just You And I”. Both songs are guaranteed to improve your mood, even if you just won the Nobel Prize.
